Have you noticed how seemingly everything in our lives is being pushed to email and the internet?  Trying to get someone on the phone or see someone in person is getting harder and harder.  While, many people welcome this convenience, just as many don't.  In my practice, I offer you a choice.  Here's why.

 

•  More than half of my income tax clients still want to have the face-to-face appoinment, receive a paper copy of their income tax return, and pay my invoice with either cash or a check
• Business clients still want to discuss their financial statements every month and what they mean to the operation of their business.  Many prefer these discussions happen regularly and in-person
• The virtual realm works well for those who prefer it.  Secure portals, online signature and payment options and web meetings are efficient and productive.

 

The important thing is the relationship and the personalized service.  Clients need to have trust in their advisor and vice-versa.
